  • Launched the OTT Audience Rating Panel line of service

  • Launched the e-Commerce Distribution Data line of service, expanded contactless research methodologies and video conferencing capabilities/facilities

  • Expanded the Master Sample Panel (to over 550,000 respondents) and Mobile Panel (to over 200,000 respondents)
2018
  • All employees were taken to Jeju Island to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the company’s founding
2014
  • Mobile surveys began with the development of the MobileCX mobile app
2008
